I believe that professional and personal growth are interconnected. This philosophy has driven me to excel in both spheres. Professionally, I climbed to the top 300 in a company of 45,000. Personally, I’ve applied 5S principles to transform my advertising business from a small street stand to a thriving shopping center operation. I’ve also bred champion show dogs and successfully led a language exchange for over four years.
With over 20 years of professional experience, I’ve held leadership roles in a variety of complex projects. I’ve scaled teams from six to over 250 members while climbing the corporate ladder to a top 300 position within a 45,000-employee company. My experience spans diverse industries, including working with Mexico’s largest government entities, PEMEX and CFE, as well as private investment firms in the energy sector. However, my most impactful project to date has been my involvement in the construction of Mexico City’s Line 12 metro.
My professional experience encompasses a wide range of industries, including retail giants like Walmart and Starbucks, energy leaders like Iberdrola and Enel, automotive powerhouses like Ford and Toyota, and more. This diverse background has equipped me with strong skills in both management and estimation.
As a manager, I successfully oversaw teams, budgets, and resources, including vehicle fleets. This role honed my leadership and decision-making abilities. I excelled at building high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative work environment, and driving projects to successful completion. My managerial experience includes: implementing new processes, managing complex budgets, and leading cross-functional teams.
As an estimator, I’ve developed a strong ability to create detailed project proposals that have secured numerous projects for major corporations. This experience has refined my project management skills, allowing me to effectively plan and execute projects from inception to completion.
In summary, my diverse professional experiences have cultivated a robust skill set in project management, encompassing all phases from conception to completion. I am confident in my ability to lead teams, optimize resources, and deliver successful outcomes.
