Amazon

Every day, Amazon ships thousands of products to its customers. All customers expect their orders to arrive on time and without any issues that would necessitate returns. To achieve this, Amazon’s system guides you step by step through every task, ensuring a continuous workflow.

The productivity varies depending on the department associates are working in. For example, the average productivity in the pick department is picking about 350+ products per hour. In inventory control and quality assurance, associates count about 650+ products per hour. For packing singles, they package about 80+ individual products per hour.

Quality is important too. Therefore, I always strive to perform at a high level, consistently ranking within the top 10% in terms of quality. My efficiency is often recognized by leadership.

Walbridge

Walbridge de Mexico constructs facilities for clients in various industries, including automotive manufacturing and tier suppliers, food and beverage, aeronautics, chemical, and industrial sectors.

I prepared tender proposals to present to clients such as Ford, General Motors, Toyota, and Bridgestone. I worked on the following divisions of construction: 25 Automation, 26 Electrical, 27 Communications, and 28 Electronic Safety and Security.

As part of my daily responsibilities, I compute costs by meticulously identifying labor, material, and time requirements. Additionally, I collaborate with subcontractors to gather essential information such as proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. Furthermore, I plan and coordinate work meetings between Walbridge Mexico and Walbridge USA. Finally, I present well-prepared estimates by assembling and displaying both numerical and descriptive information.

Ingeteam

Ingeteam is a Spanish company with over 80 years of experience. It operates in more than 15 countries and employs over 3,500 people. Ingeteam is globally recognized as a leader in renewable energy generation (wind, photovoltaic, and hydroelectric), energy storage, smart grid transmission, and efficient, clean electricity consumption through its electric vehicle chargers, converters, generators, traction motors, marine, steel, and mining solutions. The company also produces equipment for green hydrogen production and submersible motors and pumps for water.

I actively participate and, in some cases, coordinate the preparation of technical and economic proposals for both public and private tenders. Notably, some of the proposals I prepared were for the two largest companies in the Mexican government: Petroleos Mexicanos (PEMEX) and the Compañía Federal de Electricidad (CFE). Also, I participated in preparing proposals for electricity generating companies, including Iberdrola, Enel, Gestamp, and ACCIONA.

In my daily work, I prepared accurate cost estimates for tender submissions. Additionally, I created electrical budgets based on outlines and preliminary information. To ensure competitive pricing, I analyzed supplier and subcontractor quotes for materials and equipment. I actively engaged with suppliers and sub-trades to secure the best pricing. Before finalizing estimates, I meticulously reviewed and confirmed all relevant information. Furthermore, I contributed to pre-tender strategy meetings, analyzed tender documents, and established effective relationships with clients and subcontractors. Our primary goal was to estimate the total costs of materials, equipment, and labor. Additionally, we carefully assessed the time required for executing the work.

Connisa

The subway system serves the metropolitan area of Mexico City, including some municipalities in the State of Mexico. It is the second-largest metro system in North America, after the New York City Subway. Line 12 of the Mexico City Metro runs from Mixcoac in the west to Tláhuac in the southeast, covering approximately 24.5 kilometers (15.2 miles) with 20 stations. It features a combination of underground, at-grade, and elevated sections.

The construction of Metro Line 12 in Mexico City was undertaken by a consortium of companies led by the Mexican firm ICA, in collaboration with the French company Alstom and the Mexican-Spanish company Carso. I supervised the work carried out by Alstom.

I supervised the installation and testing of materials and equipment related to power, communication, control, and signaling systems. As part of my daily responsibilities, I took photos, conducted installation checks, and held meetings with contractors. These activities allowed me to prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress, material quality, and equipment installation. Additionally, I diligently identified any faults or issues during the installation process.

I create an Excel database based on daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. This database records pending tasks, encountered problems, and the corresponding dates of attention and completion.

IICSE

IICSE is a cutting-edge company specializing in the supply and installation of electrical infrastructure systems. With over 27 years of experience in the electrical energy sector, IICSE specializes in the management, design, construction, and maintenance of electrical and electromechanical systems across high, medium, and low voltage.

I designed electrical projects for industrial and commercial clients, focusing on low and medium voltage services. I visited clients and conducted field verifications to ensure the desired service, including voltage, cable or line installation, transformer capacity, switchgear size, and all necessary electrical and civil elements.

In order to propose an estimate as quickly as possible, I developed an Excel spreadsheet to provide accurate quotes to clients during site visits.

SAE-Indep

INDEP is responsible for managing and distributing the assets and companies liquidated by the Mexican State. Specifically, my job involved ensuring continuity for all pending matters related to the company Luz y Fuerza del Centro.

I reviewed and analyzed complaints related to electricity supply service customers concerning a database with over 700 pending orders for metering equipment installation. I prepared by either informing the clients of the analysis results or reaching out to the electricity company CFE to address the customer requests.

LFC

Luz y Fuerza del Centro (LyFC) was indeed a significant public organization responsible for transmitting, distributing, and marketing electrical energy in the central region of Mexico. LFC with more than 45 thousand employees served a population of more than 30 million people, including Mexico City, 80 municipalities in the State of Mexico, two municipalities in Morelos, two in Puebla, and five in Hidalgo. On October 11, 2009, a presidential decree ordered the extinction of LyFC. The electrical operation previously managed by LyFC was transferred to Comision Federal de Electricidad (CFE).

I successfully met the department’s objectives by managing, planning, and evaluating activities across five work centers located in Mexico City and the State of Mexico. My focus was on ensuring that all practices and processes complied with applicable legislation and regulations.

I managed approximately 250 union members responsible for preparing electricity contracts and installing electricity meters for residential, commercial, and industrial new customers. Through streamlined processes, we successfully reduced the time required for contracting electricity service and connecting metering equipment by 50%.

I provided support and advice to key clients, including shopping centers, bank chains, factories, restaurants, and office buildings. Notable customers included the Walmart Group, Seven Eleven, Starbucks, the Mexico City Subway System, and various federal and state government entities.
